In an exclusive interaction with CPO Innovation, Shreyas Kumar, CFO & Director, Stanley Black & Decker, India talks about the key challenges CFOs would be facing during 2020 and also states the measures government can take to build the confidence among India Inc.
Shreyas Kumar is a commerce graduate and an Associate Chartered Accountant. He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and a Masters degree in Business Law from National Law School, Bangalore. He has also completed an Executive Course in Business Administration from the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Law.
He is currently working as a Member of the Board and CFO of Stanley Black and Decker, India. He has over 19 years of experience in various roles like Chief Operating Officer, Director of Internal Audit, Plant Manager, etc., and has managed various functions like Finance, IT, HR, Admin, Production, Supply Chain and Customer Care Operations with organizations like Kärcher Germany, Rexam India, GE Consumer & Industrial, etc.
He has led many transformational projects, spearheading setting up of new processes, simplifying and updating existing ones and driving optimization by digitization of work areas using Robotic Process Automation. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Certified Value Stream Mapping expert.
